Native App Design

An outdated web app was leading to frustrations and payment errors, causing a higher than normal customer service call volume. Targeting the top moments of friction, a new native app quickly increased satisfaction and reduced call volume by 36%.

Strategic Vision

Reconnecting with individual investors meant taking a traditional marketing site and creating an ecosystem of contextual, conversational experiences to drive differentiation. After a single beta launch, there was a 10% increase in NPS among individual investors.

Product Engagement

Most card cancelations are due to a perceived lack of value relative to the annual fee. Creating contextual moments drove engagement with benefits, which increased card spend by 33% and led to a reduction in cancellations.

About Me

I’m a seeker of experiences. I’m an avid traveler, opera lover, gardener, and epicurean. I see life as an opportunity to create many different memories, so my wife and I are always looking for the next place to visit, a restaurant to try, or tickets to book.

I don’t see my job as just a stepping stone to the next better job, but rather as a relationship between me and the company. I spent the first 15 years of my career at the same company because that relationship allowed me to constantly grow, learn, and challenge myself. I started as a UI designer and developed into a creative director managing a cross-disciplinary team of visual designers, UX designers, strategists, and copywriters.

Let’s chat, because I look forward to starting a new relationship.
